"Karla is absolutely amazing and so helpful! My previous State Farm agent had actually never spoken to me personally; I always spoke to his office managers. I had full coverage on a 2007 Cobalt (well past 2020) and when I switched to Karla, she looked over everything and told me there was no reason to have full coverage, as I had paid the entire value of my car most likely several times at that point. I originally had a loan and it was required, but my previous agent didn't let me know after I paid off the loan since he benefited if I kept full coverage. She saved me so much money when I switched to her office! Karla also noticed my coverage amounts for liability, collision, etc. were set extremely low so I wouldn't really have the coverage I would need if I got into an accident or had a home claim and we added an umbrella as well to ensure I had the coverage I wanted. She went over everything personally, so I knew exactly what everything covered. I recently had a home claim due to a negligent neighbor above me (I own a condo) and the claims agent was very busy, so she difficult to get in touch with. Karla made several calls to her on my behalf to get the information I needed and to keep things moving in order to repair home in a timely manner. I call her my "insurance guru" and couldn't be happier with the meticulous service she has provided from the first day that I called and switched to her office! If you want an agent that truly cares about her clients, Karla is clearly the best choice in my experience!"
